Andrea is currently a member of the Register of Orthopaedic & Soft Tissue Therapists Of Ireland in private practice. She has specialised in the treatment of Musculo-skeletal injuries, through hands-on techniques and rehabilation.

Andrea worked in West End Clinic Physiotherapy & Sports Injury Clinic, in Ballincollig, Co. Cork. She has worked with many sports teams and tutored in Human Anatomy before opening her own clinic in Cork City in 2011.

Andrea is also part of the Medical Wellness Team at Apple European head quarters in Hollyhill. Cork.

Andrea holds a Bachelor of Science Honours Degree in Neuroscience and Human Anatomy from University College Cork and graduated in 2007. She continued on her studies after her primary degree to specialise in Physical Therapy. 

Andrea has done extensive post-graduate study and specialises in all things musculo-skeletal, in particular hands-on osteopathic techniques. She has a special interest in back pain with pelvic malalignment issues in general instances and pregnancy.

Andrea tutors in Human Anatomy and is an external examiner for final year college students in their practical examinations studying Human Anatomy and Orthopaedic therapies.

Sports injury is a huge area of physical therapy treatment. Biomechanical changes associated with athletic activity & the affects of physical training can put dramatic stresses on the human body. Andrea also provides manual therapies for exsisting issues and treatment advice for injury prevention and Orthopaedic Dry needling.

Andrea has always been a keen sports person herself. She loves the great outdoors. She competes for fun locally in Amateur equestrian show jumping competitions and likes to take part in local road running events. She was a member of UCC Rowing & UCC Athletics Club when she studied at University College Cork, where the team Andrea was apart of won an Irish University Rowing Championship title for University College Cork, in the Women’s intermediate coxless 4 in 2006 and many other National Championship titles over the years for Cork Boat Club and Lee Rowing Club at novice and junior levels.

Andrea loves to keep fit for mind and body with running and pilates. Andrea incorporates her previous experiences in all treatments, for goal setting and rehabilitation for sports teams and for her one to one clients.


Andrea also holds her, Occupational First Aid Diploma, is an AED first responder. Has qualifications for Kinesiology Taping, Electro-Therapy, Advanced Remedial Massage, Cranio & Sports Massage, reflexology. Andrea is a registered therapist and therefore always undertakes regular CPD courses annually.
